About Stephanie

Stephanie Leigh Gutierrez is a life and leadership coach, spiritual director, speaker, nonprofit director, and former Christian missionary and pastor. She hosts the Modern Day Missionaries podcast.

She and her husband, Danny, have been married for 26 years and have two young adult daughters, one in college, and one with special needs who lives with them. They have served as pastors for more than two decades at churches in Minnesota and in Peru. Stephanie and Danny regularly work with Spanish-speaking pastors through their nonprofit, Footrock, hosting retreats and providing coaching and support. They are both bilingual and are marriage speakers at conferences and events.

Stephanie is the owner of Drawing From the Well Coaching. She holds a B.A. in Communication and an M.A. in Human Services Counseling. Stephanie is an ACC-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and a certified spiritual director through Soul Shepherding.

She is a 9 on the Enneagram, an INFJ on the Myers-Briggs scale, and her top five strengths are harmony, empathy, connectedness, positivity, and developer.
